Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. It is important to notify us within 7 days of receipt so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Verified issues will be resolved with a replacement at no cost to you.

Incorrect Shipping Address

We are unable to provide refunds for items shipped to an incorrect address. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the correct shipping information is entered at the time of purchase. If you realize an error, please contact us as soon as possible—if your order has not yet been packed, we may be able to update the address.

Additional Information

  • Custom products are made to order, so cancellations are not accepted once production has begun.
  • We reserve the right to deny a replacement if the product shows signs of misuse, neglect, or damage caused by the customer.
  • If a return is required, the sender is responsible for return shipping costs. Replacement items are shipped only after the return (if requested) is received and inspected.
